Yes, of course a distance degree from a recognized distance university is equally valued to a regular degree. The only difference between the two is, one is inside a classroom and one is inside a virtual classroom. A degree earned from Indira Gandhi National Open University or Sikkim Manipal University of Distance education is as valid as the degree obtained from any regular colleges of India. This is because both the universities are recognized by UGC.

Yes, you can take. You can purse B.Tech in Fashion designing after 3 years diploma in garment technology. The eligibility of B.tech in Fashion designing is to qualify the diploma with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks and you should qualify the ECET entrance exam .
Other way of getting admission is to go through management quota

A dual degree means you will be getting your two degrees (B.Tech an M.Tech) separately, which means you will get a B.Tech Degree after 4-year course and then an M.Tech Degree after 2-year course. Whereas for an integrated course, you will get both your degrees after pursuing a 5-year course for B.Tech + M.Tech.

Yes, you can do. NIFT and LPU are the Institutes offers B. Des in Fashion Design course. The eligibility criteria are as under. Eligibility Criteria for LPU (Qualifying Exam) :- Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Diploma (Fashion or Garment Technology) [ (3 years after 10th) or (1year /2 years after 12th)] or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST. Eligibility criteria for NIFT :- 3 or 4-years Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

Yes, you are eligible for applying in this college, although due to less percentage in graduation it will be a tough competition for you . But, you can back it with good presentation in GD-PI.
