After B.Com you can work as:
Book Keeper
Probationary Officer
Trainees in BPO/KPO
Retail Manager
However, it is recommended that you go for higher degree after your Bachelors. After Bachelor of Commerce-B.Com, you can go for a number of courses such as M.A. M.Com M.Sc. (Economics), M.Sc. A degree holds more value than a Diploma course. You will get full knowledge of a course in degree courses. Most of the employers prefer degree students. You learn more during a degree course as it involves complete studies. Even if you manage to get some job doing just Diploma course, there is a strong chance that you could lose out on some promotions and salary rise at your workplace because of stiff competition where other equally good performers have a degree in hand.

Yes, you can pursue an open course, but BE is a rigorous curriculum. So, it would be suggested to do one thing at a time.
