1. They may not counsel you for having backlogs.
2. Even if you get counselled, you wouldn't get admission in a good college.

The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam is a post-graduation degree. As you have completed the Master's degree in IT, then you are definitely eligible to apply for the UGC NET examination. The next UGC NET exam will be conducted in December.

Please elaborate what exactly you mean by computer accounting. There is either course such as MCA which a masters program in computer application or there is MBA in finance and accounting that involves computerised accounting as a part of its curriculum.
