Scholarships are given by universities on merit basically. Since abroad is a very vast term you are using you must specify the country and university name, if you have thought about it. If you want to learn and earn a Master's degree in Francophone and French studies you may check University of Johannesburg's MA French (research) programme. Western University Ontario, Canada also offers a similar programme. Decide where you want to study and check university portals for scholarship information. If you have good marks and a strong profile chances will be high.
