Lot of Bachelor's degree programs have cut off as 50%. So, for 66% you should stand a good chance to get into Bachelors. Some of the courses might require entrance exams. So, look into that.

Eligibilty: General : 45% SC, ST & OBC : 40% in graduation.

Yes, you can pursue two degrees, simultaneously with one from regular college and other one from distance learning mode.
