Hello Layeeq,
Presently, engineering degrees can not be obtained by distance education mode. SC has ruled that courses that requires extensive practicals can not be offered by those providing distance education.

You can't do two regular courses at one time. Even one regular and one distance is debatable. But, you can do certificate or diploma course alongside your regular course.

Not much. You need to ensure that you score a minimum of 50% marks at the graduation level. Admissions in IIM are based on your performance in admission open test CAT and Personal Interview (PI).

I don't think that there's any placement for MBA (Executive) as most students are working. But MBA surely increases your value at your current working place.

No, you cannot pursue a degree course on the basis of a diploma in this course.

There is no possibility that you can do BE in civil, as having maths in +2 is compulsory to take admission in the course.
