Yes you can but you should fulfill these requirements for your eligibility:-
B.Sc. In Hospitality and Hotel Administration; or Diploma in Hotel Management from NCHMCT (National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology) stream + any Degree qualification; or Diploma in Hotel Management from NCHMCT stream with 2 years work experience in supervisory category in any established and approved star hotel or other hospitality/service organisation/faculty with minimum 2 years of teaching experience from NCHMCT affiliated institute/AICTE approved Institutes of Hotel Management.

1. They may not counsel you for having backlogs.
2. Even if you get counselled, you wouldn't get admission in a good college.

The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam is a post-graduation degree. As you have completed the Master's degree in IT, then you are definitely eligible to apply for the UGC NET examination. The next UGC NET exam will be conducted in December.
