B.Tech is a technical branch and it deals with the core subjects of that particular stream and in B.Tech we have many other branches according to student's choice. B.FTech is completely based on the non-technical stream. It deals with how physical attraction of a person is designed based on one's posture. So these make B.Tech and B.FTech different from each other.

BE means Bachelor of engineering and B.Tech means Bachelor of Technology so you can understand by that. In BE there will be more concentration on theory and B.Tech have theory as well as practical. So if you have interest in practical then go for B.Tech.

Please check with the concerned college you want to apply to. They will verify your degree first. You can check SPP colleges too. But overall chances are slim. Look for options outside Canada. The more options you check he better for you. Don't limit yourself to just one country.
