Hi, MBA degree requires the basic graduate degree without that you can not get the admissions in MBA. Now a days top universities are not taking the admissions just on the basis of degree. They conduct test and interview then they give admissions. But again after graduation is completed. You can refer to the websites of Lovely Professional university, Christ university, Chandigarh university, Amity University etc.

As you have good scores in 10th and 12th you can get good private engineering colleges like LPU, Chandigarh University, IRCTC University, Poornima College Jaipur, Arya College Jaipur, Amity University, etc. If you are not interested go in either of any college, then go for BCA course which is much interesting field for computer science lover. If you will do Diploma then also you have to pursue engineering after its completion. So BCA is good choice for you.

MBA seems to be the most preferred option and a valid choice for B.Tech students. The change in stream from engineering to Management gives them scope of searching jobs in Engineering as well. As Management. Being a Graduate, you are eligible to pursue MBA via Distance Learning as well. I shall be bale to suggest Universities in Haryana like GJU, KUK for MBA. You can explore distance learning universities as per your choice of place or state.

No, you can't get admission for the course you have mentioned above because as you have completed Diploma in civil engineering so you are experienced in that field. So, I will recommend that you should do something in the same branch for your betterment.
Thanks.
