Yes, you can certainly pursue Masters in Journalism if you have completed your Bachelor's degree (any stream) from a recognized university with a minimum score of 50%.
In order to pursue Ph.D in journalism, you must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
1. Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a minimum of 55% marks and an MPhil from any recognized University or Institution of Higher Learning OR
2. Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks in any subject, with 5 years experience in the Media Industry/Teaching/Research in Mass Communication.

Anything below 55% is not accepted easily. I am not sure if you will find any university as your grades are way below 50%. You have to check university websites yourself, see the admission requirements and email them. There are many universities in Australia and also TAFE institutes. Contact them one by one.
