Since the fields are different, you have to check with the universities, the admission requirements vary accordingly. Your interest and relevant knowledge in CS related work, projects, etc., must be demonstrated.

You should pursue hotel management from IHM. It would be good if you pursue a regular course for the same.

Evening/distance/online engineering courses are not valid anymore as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence I would recommend you to join a regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.
