Physiotherapy isn't a university education in Germany, but a special school. You can learn that at so-called Fachschulen, which isn't free - what I could find is that it's something between 300 euros to 450 euros per month.

Yes, you can start preparing for CAT either you can start self-study and go through CAT syllabus once. If you think some topics are tough than coaching is best option. Else prepare yourself and join a good test series to evaluate your performance. Major topics in CAT are –
