If you have done 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering after 10th class from a recognized Polytechnic then you are eligible to seek lateral entry admission in BTech 2nd year. Hi,
Chances are strong. A second Masters in Germany can be done but you must show very good justification on your part.Your project works, research oriented work, publications if any, letters of recommendation, SOP, etc. will be counted.
