If you are from Science background, then you may pursue with B.Sc -IT or BCA. These days, to pursue BCA, science background is not mandatory, but few institutes still need to have Maths as a compulsory paper in 10+2.

Where there is a will, there is a way. Yes, it may be difficult but I don't it's impossible. Institutions abroad have invariably different criteria. I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students to Canada.
