There is no mention on the official website regarding an offline mode of admissions for the BDes courses at MPAS. Generally, the admission process at MPAS cannot be completed in offline mode due to registration for the state-level exams, which is only accepted in online mode. Candidates who are interested in offline registrations for the MPAS admissions for BDes are advised to contact the college officials for more information.

The admission fees at MSAP for BDes courses is the same as the payable fees. It is not clear whether the admission fee is the total course fee for the BDes course at MSAP which is INR 7.2 Lacs or the fee for the first instalment which is INR 1.8 lakh. Genrally, the first instalment of tuition fee combined with caution deposit is the admission fee for the BDes course. The caution deposit for BDes admissions at MSAP is INR 10,000.

The MSAP BDes entrance exam is the Manipal entrance test or MET for short. According to the student reviews, the difficulty of MET exam is on the easy-medium difficulty where it is easier to crack in comparison to state level entrance exams such as JEE or COMEDK. However, the students describe the test to still be tough and cracking it will require proper preparation.

The UI and UX Design syllabus generally tries to strike a balance between both theory-based classes and the practical component.

Theoretical knowledge of design principles, user research and interface designing is important, along with practical experience via capstone projects, internships, and the use of industry-based tools, for you to excel in this evolving and in-demand field and attract healthy salary packages.

Hope this helps!!!
