If you have bachelor's degree with minimum 55% you can apply for MBA. You have to wait for the next year OPENMAT. This year the entrance exam dates are over.

Why don't you go to China and learn Mandarin? Trade between India and China is ever increasing and also possibilities of conflict. Either way, a good knowledge in Mandarin will open new doors for you given your experience in travel and retail industry.

You should opt for distance MBA rather than PGDM.
IGNOU and many other central and state university offers programmes. However, IGNOU is famous and has got reputation.
