As far as I know, you cannot do so as per AICTE rule. If anyone offers you B.Tech through correspondence that means your degree will be valid. So please be careful about your career. You can also visit my YouTube page I have a video on engineering (civil), you should watch that.

Distance education courses are always available, and it is totally recommended for working people and classes always be on Saturday and Sunday the distance education classes are conducted in both graduation courses and post-graduation courses.
