Yes, there are many colleges. Some of them are U P Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), Wisdom School of Management, and Greater Noida.

Diploma, B.E/B.Tech from distance mode are not valid as per AICTE guidelines for employment purpose. Hence, never pursue. Its better to take regular or part time admission.
