Where did you do your B.Tech from? Make sure, it is valid first as B.Tech through correspondence has been declared as invalid.

IGNOU has several courses for law graduates. You can check the list of courses available at IGNOU's official site.

MCA can be pursued through distance. I would suggest not choosing SMU for it though. Any other college will be better.

No, it is a professional course that focuses on improving interpersonal skills like communication. The course consists of mostly practical work and it will be impossible to study through distance.

It would be good only if you were already in Industry and have some experience. You also need to have some qualification in the field too. Since you didn't mention anything about you, I could only assume that you are currently working in the field.
