No. For pursuing MBA, you must be a graduate in any stream. further all reputed institutions required CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT score for their MBA programs.

If you want to do correspondence course then I think BCA will be better option for you. If you are not necessarily looking for admission in course related to your stream then BBA, BA, etc. will be better. As these course don't demand much attention as BCA will. IGNOU is the top level distance course provider in India. I would suggest looking for the nearest study center.

B.Tech through distance is not a luxury any more. The supreme course has ordered against it and AICTE doesn't recognise such courses. Hence, not possible.
