It is very nice of you to think of doing your M.Tech via distance education mode, but when I checked on the website of VTU, it is located at Belgaum while you are mentioning it in Bangalore. I am attaching a link for your ready reference. Am I missing something that is in your mind and I am not able to understand? There are plenty of colleges in Bangalore offering M.Tech on regular basis and few of them by correspondence also. Shiksha app will give you all the information about these colleges as well as colleges offering distance mode also.

B.Ed is 2 year's full time regular course. But you can do this course in IAS Academy without attending class. We provide classes only on weekends, if you required then you can attend lectures. We will provide you all the study materials also, so it will help you to study at home. You just need to come for examinations only. We will provide you practice teaching also.
