Yes you can pursue Journalism once your complete your 10+2. You need a certificate for HSC completion, post which you can apply for the entrance exams of the various colleges offering a course in Journalism and Mass Communication. Yes, it is possible to study M.Sc via distance mode after completing B.Sc. To study via distance, you should apply to the college you are interested in studying with, and then take it from there. You might have to furnish some documents as proof of identity and your SSC HSC, and UG certificates, if required. Regards.

A correspondence course does not have all the benefits of a regular course, for instance, one cannot practice law as an Advocate, since Bar Council of India stipulates minimum attendance for sitting for All India Bar Exam. I am not sure, if institutes under MHTCET have this facility, but if you are clear about correspondence and its worth, law can be done through Open Universities.
