No, it would not be possible, as for JBT you need to have passed 10+2 from recognized school or board, you should have at least 50% marks in aggregate for taking admission in the training programme and a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university and should have minimum 45% marks for taking admission.

No, it is not possible to join Diploma through distance directly in second year. You can join regular Diploma in 2nd year, not the distance one.
