Focusing on an exclusive digital marketing course will give you the expertise that is required for the profession. You can definitely go for it if you have limited time and resources. However, if you can spare some more time than it is advisable to go for MBA. It will bring out the real potential in you and develop, enhance and polish your people management skills. You shall be in a better position to understand the day-to-day challenges faced by a manager in the professional working environment. If you have an option to work for another year, it would be better for your future and you are advised to take up a full-time MBA from a B-School which can guarantee placement assistance. However, your future will depend on how much employability skills you have and how successfully you can cut through the market competitions in the job market. Also, within the organisation, you will be employed to move forward and rise in your life and career. MBA degree will not ensure your success as millions of MBAs including many of those who are from premier B-Schools are today either unemployed or underemployed. It is highly advisable that you focus on improving your employability skills and application capabilities over merely getting an MBA degree. Distance education MBA is okay if you are already in a good job or in business but in a current economic situation and gloomy job market it is difficult to get a job with distance education MBA and if you get one you can get it without the MBA degree too.
