Hello Arpan,
Getting CSE is a bit tough for you at KIIT, but you can easily get EEE & ECE branch, ECE is better in terms of exposure and placements.

Hello Dear,
These two branches have quite some differences.
EEE is mostly oriented towards electrical engineering and encompasses electronics only as much required. The course includes Power systems,Microcontrollers, electrical circuits, (Resistive, Inductive, Capacitive), Switch gears, Signal processing. EEE is all about the big or macro electrical products you see around yourself, such as House wiring, transformers, Power substations.
Whereas, ECE or Electronics and Communications provides attention to the micro or less seen aspects such as diodes, transistors, Integrated Circuits, micro chips, Chip designing and architecture etc. It is

Hi Gopichand,
You have lesser chances for getting admission at SASTRA University, Thanjavur.
Since your JEE score will be too low and your board scores is also low(not bad), your chances will go down as many students with high JEE score and board exam marks apply for SASTRA University.
You can apply for stream 1. Wait till June 10th as that is the last date and the ranks (merit list) will also be released.
