Hello,
A student who has completed his/her 10+2 education with minimum 60% aggregate marks and is from the science and Maths background can take up a diploma course in engineering which is of one year and then can directly take admission to the B.Tech after Diploma.

Hello,
As per the guidelines, which are decided by NTA appearing for UGC NET exam, candidates should have Master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks, if they belong to General/OBC category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category. According to your CGPA, you have scored 69.82% in Master's degree, so you can apply for the NTA NET exam. Aspirants can appear for the exam with the subject which they had in post-graduation or related to that. As per your subject, you can apply for UGC NET Electronic Sciences.
