I am afraid but must say that your marks are below 50% and with students preferring govt colleges over private ones, you have very slim chances. But still surprises are known to have occured.

IES is all about maintaining accuracy with speed as you have to attempt 150 questions in 180 minutes in technical and 100 questions in 120 minutes in non tech. Thus, test series plays a very important role, so you should not ignore the part tests and subject test initially. Give the test of a particular subject just after completing that one. Attempting test will not be beneficial if you don't analyze it and bookmark important ones. Just follow a simple pattern in your study that you have to complete a particular subject in particular time (eg.15-20 days) and then you have to give the test and analyze the performance.
