Computer engineering is definitely better as compared to electrical engineering. Rest opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.

Hello Boby, What perhaps you mean is scope of electrical engineering. Right? This branch is one of the oldest branches of engineering and even today it has tremendous potential. So if you are interested, then it's definitely good choice. Just do not worry.

Both are definitely cool, but I would say electrical engineering is cooler. My definition of cool here is the ability to use your EE (electrical engineering) skills to build things yourself, with your own two hands. Things like robots, sensors, drones, etc., really work off of technology that uses electricity. These are things that you can build in your room, in a reasonable amount of time, and with a practical amount of money.
