The placement for the Electrical Engineering Branch of DTU (Delhi Technological University) is decent. Around 60-70 percent of candidates get placed every year while a lot of the rest pursue higher education. Both core and IT companies recruit on campus. This year, inspite of repeated attempts, seats were lying vacant in many Polytechnic institutes after multiple rounds of admission process. Of course, government Polytechnic in Pune is famous and hence admissions invariably close at higher levels here.
