Apply for the Canadian student visa-
Apply online for your Canadian student visa, on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) website before you arrive in Canada;
In countries with limited internet access it's also possible to apply for visa on paper;
Provide an acceptance letter from a designated learning institution (a university recognised by the Canadian government);
Deliver proof of sufficient financial resources to support your studies in Canada (tuition fees and living expenses);
Have no criminal record;
Submit clinical records that state you are in good health and complete medical examinations if required.

The eligibility for lateral entry is 10th+ 3yr Diploma / 12 + 2 Year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. In any stream with subjects as Mathematics with a minimum of 45% to 70% marks. Some good colleges for lateral entry are: College of Engineering Pune

I doubt you will be able to get admission into the branch you desire as your rank is very high. Unless you have an additional quota (Physical Disability) you will not be able to get the seat.

Swinburne is a little ahead in ranking and reputation among the three for engineering purposes. But you should also check with the universities about the internship and placement opportunities they offer and compare.
