Hi Shubham,
It is quite tough to get electrical stream. 2016 cut off for general category was 149845, SC - 446134, ST - 581478.

Can you be more specific about your question? I am not sure what you actually mean. Are you unsure about your score or something? Or are you looking for cut-offs?

Hello Shubham, You have passed your Diploma in 2018 and you want to pursue engineering in Germany. Right? Normally colleges abroad do not give admission based on Diploma. It could be on 10+2 basis only. However some may treat Diploma as equivalent to +2. However I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Germany for knowing the nuances.
