Hi mate,
Yes you are eligible for btech admission.
You can take admission through lateral entry. The exams are conducted in the mid of May.
There are two exams each of 1 hr 30 min.
One will be common to all graduates and one will of specific branch.
I hope this will give you the specific idea.

Diploma in electrical branch is a good skill set that you have acquired. You can get job in plenty of companies like power distribution, power production, transmission etc and also this producing these equipments.

I am very happy to see such a focussed approach. You have two choices. Search the internet yourself it approach an agency that deals with sending students to Canada. I would advise you to go to such an agency.

Hello Yug,
Of course you have got quite less score. See, if there are more students who wish to join a particular Institute, obviously cutoff will rise. If less students apply then cut off too gets lowered. I feel you need to select Institute which attracts less students for better chance of getting admission.
