Hi Jigar,
So many years of gap may not be accepted easily, but if your overall profile is good you have a chance. It will depend on your SOP, LOR, nature of work experience, etc. Please also check other countries such as Canada, New Zealand, USA, Netherlands, etc.
You can avail education loans for higher studies as long as it is not a Diploma course.

After completing Diploma in EE, you eligible for lateral entry test. It helps to take admission in direct 2nd year in B.Tech or BE course.
