Yes, you may have a chance of getting into NIT-Warangal. Based on previous year cut-offs, it is quite possible that you can get it but make sure you keep a backup in your hand before waiting for 2-3 round of counselling.

As per University eligibility criteria a Bachelors degree in any discipline in Science/ B.A. Geography/ B.E. Civil Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% of marks. + Entrance test.
So, graduate with ECE are not eligible for this program.
