Hello Rajasehar,
It's indeed great to hear that your daughter has scored very handsomely in her BE and also has got a job. I also can appreciate and understand your concern that makes you think that your daughter should pursue her MBA or ME. But let me advise you that these days youngsters desire to work someplace after graduation and then think of further studies. I suggest you support her in whatever decision she takes. Best wishes to you and your daughter.

Yes, you can appear for GATE more than twice. ECE us a good branch but their scope in India is less if you want a job after M.Tech or B.Tech. Usually, doing M.Tech in ECE is good than only B.Tech. Moreover after M.Tech many companies doors are automatically open for you. Also some PSU may give admission based on that and the score you achieved.
I hope it helps.

IIT

Lower competition than GATE, but again it's a new arena for an engineering student for odds aren't the real problem, and the most important, even if it's tough, a Bachelors in Engineering especially non-core like ECE/CSE with Masters in Mathematics is a rare and deadly combination for academic and industrial requirements. I myself is on the same boat, and therefore I know the feeling
