It's indeed great to hear that your daughter has scored very handsomely in her BE and also has got a job. I also can appreciate and understand your concern that makes you think that your daughter should pursue her MBA or ME. But let me advise you that these days youngsters desire to work someplace after graduation and then think of further studies. I suggest you support her in whatever decision she takes. The eligibility criteria for TET is to complete graduation and B.Ed. So, you are not eligible for TET.
