You are clearly telling defense. There is no option other than mechanical and it's campus come only at certain places, Bhopal is one of them.

See, in my opinion, it completely depends on you. Keep calm and think which work do you like most in both the fields. Skilled person can get infinite opportunities in both fields. And if you like both two then it is ECE because there are 3 scopes in it. First, you can go in CS other in Civil services and EC own is the biggest branch of future. Take your decision wisely.

The answer to this question depends on your preference. Ask yourself what you want and you will get your answer. My advice would be to choose ECE as ECE graduates are quite in demand currently.

IIT-Guwahati EEE is far better than IIT BHU in all terms. Be it infrastructure, environment, alumni associates, faculty and students.

Yes, Hardware and Networking is the core for ECE. ECE students have the maximum chance of getting into those Industries compared to other Dept.

Sorry to inform but you should have above 75% in your under graduate degree, (I. e) CGPA 7.5/10, for courses because their is heavy competition out there and you also need to give competitive exam depending on the country you choose.
