Both of these colleges are good. But from placement point of view, Computer Science would be definitely better anytime. If your interest is inclined towards CS, surely opt it.

The famous Shakespearean dilemma! VLSI as well as Embedded Systems! Both have almost same level of opportunities and excitement. Both are equally good. Having said this, what to select? Okay. You can learn PLC/SCADA, industrial automation, embedded programme or networking. Otherwise you can switch to IT sector and learn Java, dotNET, AI, Big Data and others.
