See, in my opinion, it completely depends on you. Keep calm and think which work do you like most in both the fields. Skilled person can get infinite opportunities in both fields. And if you like both two then it is ECE because there are 3 scopes in it. First, you can go in CS other in Civil services and EC own is the biggest branch of future. Take your decision wisely.
