Yes, you can get the EC in ABES but for that, you have to wait till the last round of the counselling that is for the spot round of the counselling, in that you will get this college.

Ashish don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. There are not so many chances of getting CSE branch in this college but you may get ECE and your rank is also too high so there are only a few chances. You better go for few more counselling rounds, maybe chances are there. Try hard and hope for the best.
