Admission in IEM for ECE with such a rank is a little difficult. Still, you can give your preferences and hope for the best.

First of all, I want to tell you that for taking admission in a government college like IIT & NIT or State-funded university, you must have given Joint Entrance Exam. I hope this year you have already given this exam and got your result last month. So wait till the counselling round starts and apply for your choices. If you have not given JEE 2018, take JEE-2019.

Except CSE, you can get all the branches in the above-mentioned colleges. You can get CSE in the 4th or 5th round.
