It is difficult to say at what category you can get VIT Chennai for CSE and ECE with your rank 2547 as it depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants and more. However, it is not possible to get category 1 seat with 29k rank in VIT Chennai for ECE/EEE course. The cutoff for B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at LNMIIT for the year 2023 is not yet available. However, you can refer to the previous years' cutoffs to get an idea about the rank required for admission.

Based on the information I found, it is difficult to predict whether you will get CSE, IT or EC in a good Chennai college with 170.96 (OC) cut off for TNEA 2021. However, you can check the cut off trends of previous years for different colleges in Chennai to get an idea of the cut off required for admission. I hope this helps! To be considered for KITS Warangal admission, candidates have to meet the eligibility requirements. Admission to B.Tech is based on candidates performance in the entrance exam- TS EAMCET.
