You have already done BE in electronics and wants to do Aerospace engineering? I am afraid, window is closed. Almost all states have upper age limit. But why BE? I would rather advise you to rethink again and go for PG in electronics instead. After this also, you can join Aeronautical sector as an electronic expert.

To become a ninja in Networking you don't need to do Master in Networking separately and I don't see anybody who has done Master in networking but there are professional certification courses available on Networking like, CCNA, CCNP and CCIE (Cisco Certification). Apart from Cisco you may choose Juniper or HP but CISCO is an industry leader in Networking and I would advise to get Cisco certified.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc agriculture science is 10+2 or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum 50% marks.
