If you plan to do BBA alone then it is better if you take electronics and communication engineering as it has huge job opportunities. ECE graduates can work in all sorts of fields like IT, automobile, etc.
If you do MBA after BBA in some colleges like IIM then it is better to go for BBA. But only BBA is not better compared to ECE.

EEE is better than ECE for government jobs. There are less jobs in ECE though.

It is quite tough to get college as you are saying that I had not appeared in any engineering entrance exam you may try in LPU, Sharda University, Galgotias University, PDM University, GLA university, GNA University these college take admission through class 12th marks.
