Hello Sai Krishna, there are plenty of specialisations in which one can do M Tech after completion of graduation in engineering in ECE. However not all colleges offer all the specialisations. I would strongly recommend that you just Google the required information. As it's pretty large, I find it difficult to give out here. Else, if you have zeroed in on a particular college for doing M.Tech, then you can simply download the brochure and SEE for yourself as to which topic fascinates you the most. Go for it.
