Greetings, Veenu Sodhi I'm going to assume that your daughter's ranking comes from the JEE Mains test. I am presuming this as you haven't mentioned taking any exams. A college predictor developed by Shiksha can forecast a college based on performance in the JEE Main test. According to the link I've provided below, your daughter may easily anticipate the college she will go. You can easily get the college predictor for that exam if, by chance, your daughter's ranking comes from any other exam. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
I wish you well.

Both CSE and ECE are good options but it is better to opt CSE only if you are really interested in Software field because after completing B.Tech in ECE or in any other branch you can easily come to software field but you cannot enter any other core departments if you are a CSE graduate. Since you want to do M.Tech in Nuclear Engineering my suggestion is to opt ECE because it provides practical learning and lets you be prepared for your Masters. I don't say CSE doesn't provide practical learning but I say it doesn't need because maximum subjects are theoretical and doesn't require any practical knowledge to clear those subjects and tha

It totally depends on your skill only now as you don't have any B.Tech Degree. In starting you can get a job in any local small firm or workshop, there mostly chance that they will not ask you for any B.Tech degree and will inly ask you basic skill related ECE Work and will provide you little salary around 10-15K month will be max to max. Then after working there for 1 or more years, try to get a Certificate of appreciation from your firm. Now this Certificate will ACT as a proof that you have good knowledge of ECE related work and will assure company that they will not get any harm after your hiring. Now you can get approximately 20-3
