Exact seats information would be available to you through the university office only. But generally universities run different sections on various parameters like some sections are for JEE, some are hons. Section, some are simple CSE/ ECE/ EEE/ etc. Sections which makes a total of 180 seats in each branch with 60 students meant for JEE, Hons and simple.

Yes, definitely you will get. CSE is best as it is having broad scope in future, you can work on any technology like AI, ML, Data Science or something else you want.

All are good, but CSE is having more opportunities and a good scope for placements. If you're quick learner, then you can easily get a high package job.
