After completing Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering programme, one may go for a Bachelors Degree (B.E. /B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering. After that, one may go for Masters education or PG Diploma programs. M.E. /M.Tech. Programme, M.Sc. Programme and PG Diploma courses will enable one to specialize in disciplines within the Electronics and Communication Engineering sector. Some such well known specializations include-
VLSI
Power Electronics
Embedded Systems
Communication Systems
Digital Electronics
Automation and Robotics
signal Systems and Processing.

I cant recommended any private college. I only suggest government. Colleges in engineering field. But vit and srm and mit Pune are best. Further you cancheck on shiksh website.
