Impact Institute of Management, Bangalore is affiliated to Bengaluru Central University and also having the AICTE approval. Hence College does not have the EC Council certification. Further EC-Council is a certification agency and offers various certification courses for students after B.E/ B.Tech, BCA for enhancing the chances of getting hired by some big names in the IT sector. Hence AICTE approval is enough for running the BCA Cloud Computing And Ethical Hacking.

Really great and opportunity here are amazing. first semester placements are quite good. You have companies like Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, SanDisk, Nvidia, Cisco etc. showing up on campus. There are about 15-20 core companies that visit on campus in the first semester for placements. Things were a bit different in the first semester 2013-14 placements. There were good companies on campus but quite distributed over the semester. So, most students, even with good CGPA got placed quite late. But, in the end there were about 10-12 good companies on campus (lesser than normal). But to sum up, first semester provides you with quite a number

The basic eligibility criteria of BFA course is 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 50% (40% to 45% for reserved category candidates) of the marks. While the admission are based on merit (12th marks). Hence on the basis of engineering Diploma course you can not pursue the BFA course.

After completing Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering programme, one may go for a Bachelors Degree (B.E. /B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering. After that, one may go for Masters education or PG Diploma programs. M.E. /M.Tech. Programme, M.Sc. Programme and PG Diploma courses will enable one to specialize in disciplines within the Electronics and Communication Engineering sector. Some such well known specializations include-
