B.Sc in electronics is a best core values option.
Bachelors of Science in Electronic Science is one of the undermined course in various universities except in University of Delhi. So its quite obvious that companies hiring for induction positions in companies would have no knowledge about BSc Electronics when they visit any college or university. But situation is not that bad, below are the options that can be taken after Bsc in Electronics.
Infosys and TCS are biggest hiring companies that take Bsc graduates, if you are looking for a job, try in IT companies. These companies keep on visiting universities for hiring Bsc graduates. Salary packages might be somewhat less than that for B-Tech graduates but at least you get a start.
Higher education: Go for Msc and then PhD. However after Msc again there will be chances for getting jobs but if you are having high hopes for job after Msc then its better to go for job after Bsc only.
CDAC: A good certificate course that helps normal science post-graduates to get jobs.
Government jobs: Government jobs are always foremost choices for students.
* Salary in my point of view You can able to get 20k to 25 k.

It is very nice to hear from you that in spite of having done your M.Sc in applied electronics with very good marks you still want to do B.Tech but from correspondence course. Here let me give you a word of caution. Few months back, the Supreme Court of India has cancelled all the degrees awarded to many students who had obtained them via correspondence course. Recently, UGC has once again issued the circular stating that no professional courses including engineering can be done via correspondence. I am attaching a link which stated this. In view of this, I strongly advise you not to think on these lines. However, as you had done M.Sc, you can think of doing directly M.Tech in the relevant branch by appearing for GATE examination.When you can do M.Tech in 2 years why look for anything else? Hence, I would strongly advise you to take a considered decision in this matter.

The minimum eligibility criterion for Diploma in education D.Ed courses has been reset to the higher secondary certificate (HSC). The government had recently announced that the eligibility criteria will be changed from HSC to graduation. However, for this year, the old criteria will be applied. The decision was taken during a meeting of the D.Ed state admission and selection committee, which was held in the city on Monday. Anil Edge, director, Maharashtra State Education Research and Training (MSCERT), who headed the meeting, told TOI, "In order to make graduation as eligibility criteria for the D.Ed courses, the National Council for Teachers' Education (NCTE) has to give a nod. However, a few formalities are yet to be completed as there are a lot of technicalities involved. Hence, it was decided to go ahead with the old eligibility criteria for this year".
