There are several courses related to MS in electronics and communication. I tried to insert a link but was unable to do so. I think there is a technical issue. Just type MS in electronics and communication courses in Google and you will find lots of courses offered in different colleges.

Yes, you can do automobile engineering by lateral entry scheme where you will directly get admission in 2nd year.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Sc in electronics through lateral entry scheme, where you will get admission directly in 2nd year.
