These seats are reserved for those people who actually didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting a seat in college but are willing to spend almost two to four times the actual fee of the college. It is like the direct admission process in colleges. You can directly check with the college which you prefer to take admission in, and then apply for the same via management seat. If you haven't finalized the college yet, you can also get the information and other detailed check with the university directly for reference.
