Yes, you are eligible. The minimum marks requires in class 10th for Diploma engineering programmes is 35% in aggregate. Further, the admission are done through the common admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE Maharashtra. Hence, participate in CAP round for admission.

Well, nowadays what every organisation looks for is work experience and skills. As you have already started working, further education will not yield better results. So, what I would suggest is to acquire a considerable amount of work experience and find a job in a reputed company. It's not easy as it sounds but this is the way in which everyone moves. The world out there is getting more competitive minute by minute but nothing is impossible. Also, try looking for opportunities outside India. All the best.

Hello Darshana, It's very nice to hear from you even at this stage of 10th that you want to become an engineer. To set aim at so young and age is very good. Now you can work to achieve your aim in life. The procedure is actually very simple. You have to score good marks in your 12th at least 75% and more. In addition you must study in 11th and 12th with the aim of understanding the subject knowledge rather than scoring marks as this will help you go a long way in clearing many entrance examinations that you will have to appear after passing of 12th. If you are about take admission in the 11th standard & even at this stage, if you have your aim in life already decided, then it's very good and best for you.
