You can fill DTU and Jamia's form. But you have to attend 2 classes in a week so it would be better to do regular B.Tech.

AMU take admission through LEET but you can get admission in 1st year. You can take admission in HBTU-Kanpur, IET-Lucknow or MMU-Gorakhpur.

Most of the colleges conduct entrance exams like UPTU, Thapar, SLIET, Jamia and IPU but some colleges/universities give admission on the basis of Diploma score.

Yes, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering-Ludhiana is the best college for lateral entry. It also has evening shift. I am also doing lateral B.Tech here.
